HOUSE  RULES::
1.  Recycle - separate glass, plastic (cans, plastic bottles, etc.), perishable trash, cartons & paper
2.  Absolutely not - leaving any cigarette buts, paper,plastic cups, etc. around the house,  in the house, on the deck and no trash behind the deck: place everything in the garbage bags.
3.   No loud music, no screaming outside the house 
4.   No recreational drugs.
5.   No use of fireplace in the summer (you use it -  you clean it).
6.   Do not remove any personal items from the closets - if you need an additional space,  just put it aside in the closet. Put everything back in its place before you leave.
7.   You must turn off all the lights and air-condition before vacating the house.
8.   Clean after your animals around the house and on  the deck.
9.   No animals allowed on the couch.
10. No animals allowed in the pool.
11. Use the pool at your own risk (pool is from 3' to 9' deep).
